Section 102
Posts of other service groups will remain
(1) The Secretariat will have posts of Nepal Justice Service (Law Group), Nepal Administration Service (Accounting Group) and Nepal Health Service under Civil Service.
(2) As long as the employee in the post as per sub-section (1) continues to work in the Secretariat, he/she will get all the facilities that are available to the employees of the Legislature-Parliament Service, except for insurance.
